As a trained interior designer, Dianne Crosell's vision was to open a store with a friendly staff, a commitment to customer service and a beautiful selection of products in a variety of styles and prices to meet the discerning customer's gift giving needs. Every item in the store is hand selected for it's quality, beauty and function and we seek out the best products available. We travel extensively to find the newest products and trends from the major design centers in New York, Paris and London as well as alternative sources from small artisans locally, around the country and Europe. Many of our products are not mass-produced and the artists we work with use the finest materials including porcelain, hand-blown glass, 22 kt gold, Italian pewter, and fine textiles from around the world..

Since many of our pieces are original, hand-crafted or one-of-a-kind, items may not be immediately available. These special order items may take longer. If your order has failed to meet you expectations for any reason, please contact us immediately to enable us to address and correct the situation for you. If you need to return any regular merchandise, we will be happy to do so within two weeks of receipt for exchange, refund or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges, unless we are at fault). Sorry, personalized, custom / special ordered and used items are not returnable.
